AILEEN SOLUTIONS OUTING SHANGHAI  2025 

In early May, Ileen Solution organized its annual outing trip, with this year's destination being the vibrant city of Shanghai, China. The trip aimed to provide employees with a fresh experience while strengthening internal relationships through shared learning and offsite activities.

Spanning four days and three nights, employees had the opportunity to explore many of Shanghai’s cultural and iconic landmarks, including the Oriental Pearl Tower, The Bund, Yu Garden, and various art museums. Team members also participated in recreational activities designed to enhance collaboration and encourage connection across departments.

The outing trip is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting employee well-being, providing opportunities for relaxation, and fostering stronger bonds within the team. These experiences play a key role in supporting a more connected and efficient workplace in the long run.
